Policies
Basic policies here-once you sign up to attend class you
will get an email for intake forms, policies and waiver
forms.
Stretching Session Policy
-Session are first come first serve and fill up fast so
choose your Session wisely. We highly recommend
scheduling out several session to reserve your specific
day/time, and make lasting progress
-Many people attend Sessions because they are in PAIN.
Obviously, when somebody cancels a few hours or so
before or just plain doesn’t show up, it is nearly
impossible to fill. Please consider it could be you that
we had to turn away.
-Please understand this Session policy is a way to
encourage GOOD behavior.
-Grab Life (GL) understands that unanticipated events
happen occasionally in everyone’s life. When you book a
Session, that time is truly reserved for you and you
alone. We ask that you respectfully give a 72 hour
notice if you are unable to keep your reserved session,
and your fee can be transferred to a future Session or
refunded-if requested.
Cancellation:
-Any attendee that does not provide at least 72 hr
notice will FORFEIT their pre-paid session fee (which
will be put into the “help a friend” fund).
-Our scheduling software sends out reminders via, email,
text and/or phone calls 48 hours prior to your scheduled
class. We provide this service as a courtesy to help
avoid last minute cancellations, so please check your
calendars as soon as you receive your reminders and plan
accordingly.
No Show/Missed
Appointment:
Anyone who misses or plain doesn’t show up for your
reserved session time for what ever reason will be
considered a No Show and will FORFEIT your per-paid fee,
future sessions may be denied if a pattern
develops.
Late Arrivals:
-Remember, Sessions will start on time. If you arrive
late this will reduce the number of stretches we can fit
in the allotted time.
-Out of respect and consideration to your Guide, please
plan appropriately and be on time. If you are running
late, a courtesy email informing us would be
wonderful. This way we do not have to worry about you
either.
Payment:
-Payment must be pre-paid in full for every session. You
may prepay for as many sessions as you like. If a
payment does not process properly (IE:
bounces/returned/etc), we charge $25.00 for each
incident. We reserve the right to refuse payment.
-Full payment/pre-paid is expected before session.
-All attendees, whether they have attended a session are
bound by this policy without any prejudice or exemption.
-We understand people sometimes wake up sick, and real
emergencies come up. Depending on the situation, we may
provide refund (at Grab Lifes' choice). We would like to
add that we don’t get angry at or personally upset with
any attendee that fails to give notice or just doesn’t
show up.
-We will allow 2 missed (Canceled/No show), sessions
before we will take action regarding future sessions. We
truly hope it never comes to this, as we dislike turning
away people who need this work.
-Grab Life, it’s owner, a third party collection, or
legal counsel on behalf of Grab Life shall have full
legal right to take action to collect any fees incurred
associated to payment due to non-payment, cancellations,
no shows, unprocessed payment, returned funds, etc.
